My therapy isn’t about staying stuck in the past. It’s about moving forward, building habits that serve you, and designing a life that feels as good as it looks.
I didn’t grow up with role models who showed me what was possible. My life should have followed a very different path—one of struggle, chaos, and survival. But I refused to let my past define me. Instead, I became a student of life, studying the best practices in therapy, wellness, and personal development—not just to heal, but to thrive.
After earning my Master’s in Social Work from USC, I spent years working with foster youth before stepping away to focus on raising my family. But my passion for growth, transformation, and wellness never faded. I’ve tested every strategy—nutrition, movement, meditation, journaling, and lifestyle design—on myself first.
Now, I help others do the same!
There was a time when I didn’t think wholeness was possible. Diagnosed with PTSD young, I spent years navigating depression, anxiety, and a cycle of survival. But through deep, consistent work—mentally, physically, and emotionally—I found another path. One rooted in self-awareness, daily care, and intentional living.
Now, I help others find their path too. Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, and it starts with meeting yourself exactly where you are.
These days, life looks a little different. I live on a citrus hobby farm with my husband and our three daughters, balancing family and a love for personal growth. My mornings start before sunrise with guided meditation and breathwork, followed by the slow ritual of a French press and a few quiet minutes of journaling. Then, I head outside for a nature walk with my dogs—soaking in the stillness before the day unfolds.
What started as a small goal to do a pull-up has turned into a passion for movement and proving what’s possible. Progress doesn’t have to be huge to be life-changing—it’s about showing up, making small shifts, and realizing you’re capable of more than you think. And that’s exactly what I help my clients do, too.
My entire world.
